The database that stores session data for Talky.io and SimpleWebRTC sessions is not responding to healthchecks.

This incident affected: SimpleWebRTC Services (SimpleWebRTC Customer API/Signaling (api.simplewebrtc.com), SimpleWebRTC Account Portal (accounts.simplewebrtc.com)) and SimpleWebRTC Postgres DB.
